1. All Sales are Final: Once a student enrolls and completes the payment process for any course offered by ECA, all sales are considered final. This policy is in place due to the administrative costs associated with processing enrollments and the limited availability of course spaces.
2. Access to Educational Content: Upon enrollment, students will receive immediate access to the educational content associated with the chosen course. We believe in providing instant value to our students and enabling them to begin their learning journey promptly.
3. Course Availability: Our courses tend to sell out quickly due to high demand. Therefore, once a student secures a place in a course, that space is allocated exclusively to them. This ensures that other interested individuals are not denied the opportunity to enroll.
4. Transferability: In certain circumstances, we understand that unforeseen events may prevent a student from attending a course they have enrolled in. While all sales are final, we do offer the option to transfer the enrollment to another course, subject to the following conditions: a. The transfer request must be made in writing to our customer support team. b. The request should include the name and contact information of the individual whom the enrollment is being transferred. c. The transfer should be requested at least 30 days prior to the scheduled course start date. d. An administrative fee may apply for processing the transfer.
5. Exceptions: ECA understands that extenuating circumstances may arise, such as serious illness or unavoidable emergencies. In such cases, we encourage affected students to contact our customer support team as soon as possible to discuss potential solutions on a case-by-case basis.
